Our Story

TaskFlow was born in 2018 from a simple frustration: existing project management tools were either too complex or too simple, never quite hitting the sweet spot for growing teams.

Our founders, Maria Rodriguez and David Kim, were leading a fast-growing startup and found themselves constantly switching between multiple tools, losing information in endless email threads, and struggling to keep everyone aligned. They knew there had to be a better way.

After months of late nights and countless iterations, TaskFlow was launched. What started as an internal tool quickly gained traction when they shared it with other companies facing similar challenges. Within the first year, over 5,000 teams had adopted TaskFlow.
